We either provide the support ourselves, or if the involvement of a third party is required (such as making a warranty claim), then we act on your behalf so you can concentrate on running your business.

We can operate on either a per incident basis or put in place a fixed fee managed service.

We recommend the managed service, as it provides a higher level, wider ranging service aimed at ultimately preventing issues from occurring in the first place, but we understand that won’t suit all businesses, and thus offer the per incident option.
